Comfortable stay, as always. Fairly clean place with accommodating and great staff and lovely view of the mountains. Stunning location very close to the motorway so perfect for a stop, in the pretty quiet area.

This place has a fantastic location, sitting right next to a restaurant and conveniently close to both Bilbao and San Sebastian. Plus, it's just across from a lovely church. 😊.

I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay in a lovely peaceful village. The spacious and well-equipped room was like a suite. The staff were helpful and even assisted with extending my stay. Elorrio is a charming town with great bars and restaurants. The beautiful scenery nearby and convenient location for visiting Bilbao were definite bonuses. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and accessible experience.

cleanliness was top-notch - with spotlessly clean rooms and communal areas. The location - just outside of town down a lovely country lane - was perfect for exploring the area and enjoying the plentiful and friendly pintxo bars. The staff went above and beyond - even helping out with car troubles and making a special dinner for late arrivals like myself.

I had a great stay at a modern and clean hotel. Check-in was easy and the staff spoke wonderful English. The room was spacious with a well-stocked bathroom. A desk in the room was a nice touch. The elevator provided easy access to the upper floors. The bar served delicious and reasonably priced food. The hotel's patio was popular, so I recommend requesting a rear-facing room or bringing earplugs for a quieter stay.

On our road trip, we stumbled upon a perfect place for a stop. Its location, just off the motorway, proved very convenient. We had a lovely stay, with friendly staff and a comfortable, clean room. the bathroom was well-stocked, and the heavy curtains helped us sleep peacefully. Breakfast was delicious, and the coffee, which was picked fresh from the garden made it even better. the view of the hills from our window was also spectacular. This lovely hotel is located in front of a charming church that was just a 5-minute walk away in the delightful old town area.

The bar and cafe can get busy with office workers during lunchtime.

The hotel's popular patio is great for warm weather, just bring earplugs for a quiet room. a super enjoyable stay!
